This week, I come to you refreshed, rebalanced, and shockingly relaxed, having taken part in a sound bath at Studio 366, guided by the ever-serene Zoe, who somehow manages to project the calm energy of a woman who has never once stood on a piece of Lego in her kitchen.
Picture it: a warm, softly lit studio, nine strangers lying down, deep breaths, eyes closed… gentle sounds washing over us like waves of tranquillity. Not a single small person yelling “Mummy Jules! Mummy Jules! Mummy Juuuuuules!” Pure luxury.

This Saturday 13th December – 3pm kick-off, Molesey FC round off the year at Walton Road — another milestone in a footballing journey that began back in 1892, when the first Molesey side took to the field in black and white. Over 130 years later, the club is still powered by the same thing it always was: community spirit — and this week proved it.
On Sunday 7th December, members and friends of Molesey FC donned Santa suits and took part in a charity fun run organised by David Pearce in aid of the Little Roo Neonatal Fund. They brought Christmas cheer to the streets of Molesey — and raised money along the way.
The route may have included a “strategic refreshment tour” — with grateful thanks to The Albion, The Bell, The Europa, Molesey Royal British Legion, and The Poyntz Arms, plus the many High Street shops who dropped donations into the bucket as the Santas jogged, walked or jingle-belled by, and to the cars that hooted encouragement — including the undercover police car who gave a festive blast of the siren — Molesey, you made it special. Final total to be confirmed once Dave finishes counting!

I’d like to sign off this week by saying, just keep on going, everyone. The bugs, the flu, the grey days and the early evenings are doing their best to wear us down, plus some of you are locked in a daily battle with that mischievous Elf on the Shelf.
