💌 Hello from The Nugget

THE GREAT CHRISTMAS NUGGET GIVEAWAY WINNER!

Local Spotlight: Molesey’s New Home for Wellbeing

With an overwhelming number of votes I’m thrilled to bring you an insight into Studio 366, a calm and welcoming wellness space on Walton Road — and a brilliant new addition to West Molesey.

The studio is the creation of Zoë, a local mum and sound therapist trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy. After years of running sessions in local studios and gyms, she jumped at the chance to turn 366 Walton Road into the dedicated wellbeing space she’d always dreamed of.

Studio 366 is built around community. It’s a warm, friendly home for independent practitioners — or if you’re looking for a beautiful studio space to use for a small event, it’s perfect for that too. From yoga and breathwork to intuition workshops and Zoë’s own sound sessions, each practitioner runs their own classes, earns fairly, and grows their practice in a supportive environment.

Zoë’s passion shines through. She told me:
“The Studio means the world to me. We don’t have another space like this in Molesey where all wellness practices are welcomed, and both physical and emotional care is so important for all of us.”

She still works full-time as a corporate event manager, yet pours her heart into making Studio 366 a true hub for local wellbeing. (I’m heading to the Community Soundbath myself tonight — to destress, and relax, who doesn’t love escaping from the kids bedtime routine!! )

If you’re curious about what’s on, or you’re a practitioner wanting a home, you can explore the timetable at Studio366.co.uk.
